Pick-up is simple and stress-free—our team greets you, reviews your pet’s case, and ensures you have everything you need before heading home.
Your pet’s imaging appointment doesn’t end when the scan is complete—it continues at pick-up, when you rejoin your pet and receive important next steps. Here’s what you can expect when you return.
A warm welcome
Our reception team will greet you at your assigned pick-up time. Once your pet is ready to go home, a member of our clinical team will sit down with you to review your pet’s case and share our findings.
Payment details
Payment is collected at the time of pick-up. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and CareCredit. Please note that we cannot accept cash or checks.
Insurance reimbursement
If you plan to file a claim with your pet insurance provider, let us know at checkout. We’ll provide you with a detailed, itemized receipt that you can submit directly to your insurance company.
