Pre-Visit Coordination
Our team reviews the referral, confirms the study protocol with you if needed, and contacts the pet owner to schedule. We handle the logistics.
Day of Imaging
Patient arrives at the scheduled drop-off window. For MRI and most CTs, anesthesia, IV catheter, fluids, and continuous monitoring are all included. Ultrasound cases require no anesthesia.
Board-Certified Interpretation
Every study is read on-site by a board-certified veterinary radiologist — not outsourced. If findings are complex, we collaborate with recognized experts in internal medicine and neurology.
Direct Call to You
Our radiologist calls you directly to walk through findings, answer questions, and discuss next steps. A link to the password-free report and full image access is texted directly to you — no portals, no login hassles.
Report & Images Delivered
A formal written report is delivered within 24 hours. Images are available via our cloud-based PACS for easy viewing and sharing. Your patient returns to your care with a clear diagnosis.
