Getting Started

How to sign in

1. Go to portal.sageveterinary.com and choose "Sign in as a pet owner."

2. Choose "New here? Create your account" and enter the email address you gave us or your veterinarian when the visit was booked.

3. We email a one-time code to that address. Enter it and set your password.

Your pet appears automatically when your email matches our records. If you don't see your pet, call your Sage location and we'll help.
