  Send a referral with your clinic details and referring doctors saved, so each new referral starts filled in. Unfinished referrals are saved so you can pick up where you left off.

  Not sure which study fits? Answer a few questions about the patient's signs and the portal guides you toward the right imaging.

  Follow every case

  See each case your clinic has sent, from referral to booking to final report. Filter to only your own cases or view the whole clinic.

  Reports and images

  Read reports and open images in your browser, and share a case with a colleague or the owner by link.

• 

  Send records

  Upload medical records and lab work to a case so they reach our team before the visit.

  Teleradiology

  Send studies for a radiologist read and track them to the final report.

  Ask a question about a case from inside the portal and get the answer there.

Getting Started

How to get access

1. Go to portal.sageveterinary.com and choose "Sign in as a veterinarian."

2. If you've referred to us before, your clinic is likely already set up. Choose "New here? Create your account" and enter your work email.

3. We email a one-time code to that address. Enter it, set your password and you're in.

Every doctor and staff member can have their own sign-in to the clinic's account. For your security, adding an email address always requires a code sent to that address.
