Transparent Pricing for Your Referrals

Submit a referral through our online form for your nearest location. You can also call or fax us directly. We review every referral and will contact you if we have questions about the clinical presentation or if we believe a different modality may be more appropriate.

For MRI and most CT procedures, the listed price includes anesthesia induction, IV catheter and fluids, pre-medications, continuous monitoring, the imaging study, and a board-certified radiologist’s interpretation and direct consultation with your practice. If initial imaging is equivocal, any additional imaging and associated costs are discussed with you before proceeding.

Occasionally. Our radiologists review every referral and may suggest a more cost-effective or diagnostically appropriate modality for the clinical question. For example, a case referred for MRI may be better served by CT or ultrasound. We always discuss any protocol changes with you before proceeding.

A STAT fee applies for same-day scheduling when our calendar is fully booked. For urgent or emergent cases, call us directly — we prioritize clinically urgent referrals and will work to accommodate your patient as quickly as possible.

Preliminary verbal findings are communicated at patient discharge. A formal written report is delivered within 24 hours. STAT same-day reports are available for an additional fee. You can also speak directly with the interpreting radiologist about findings and case management.

Yes. If your practice has in-house imaging equipment, our board-certified radiologists can interpret your studies remotely. See the Teleradiology tab in the pricing table for current rates. Studies are interpreted by the same radiologists who work in our facilities.

For MRI and CT procedures requiring anesthesia, we recommend a CBC and chemistry panel within 30 days of the procedure. We offer the MRI Package which includes bloodwork at a bundled rate. If your patient has recent labs, we can often use those — just include them with your referral.

Yes. Clients pay at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, CareCredit, and Scratchpay. This keeps the financial transaction separate from your practice and allows us to offer our bundle pricing directly.
