By entering my mobile number and checking the text-message consent box, I agree to receive text messages from Sage Veterinary Imaging about patients I referred or my own pet: appointment scheduling and reminders, check-in and check-out updates, imaging report and addendum notices, lab result notices, and replies to my questions. We do not send marketing messages by text. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out.

2. Message Frequency

Frequency depends on the patient's care. You may receive several messages on days a case is active and none when no case is active.

3. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s terms.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

We are not responsible for any charges, errors, or delays in SMS delivery caused by your carrier or third-party service providers.
